Michael Rüsing has intensively advanced the research of periodically poled waveguides in thin-film lithium niobate for over a decade. His work has resulted in globally recognized publications and intellectual property. His knowledge forms the foundation for highly precise, scalable, and unmatched efficient waveguides for frequency conversion and many other optical operations.

Robert Fleischer is an industrial engineer (B.Sc.) and mechanical engineer (M.Sc.) with extensive, long-standing industry experience in optics, microelectronics, and additive manufacturing. He leads systems embedding of PICs and finds the right solution for your application through personal consultation.

Andreas Strauch has unmatched expertise in the automation of optical packaging of waveguides and realizes low-loss connections between PICs and fibers. His key competence makes it possible to technically harness the high conversion efficiency of TFLN waveguides.
